Registration for BIGSS 2018

In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the 2018 BIGSS. 

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. 

If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting bigss2018@abbey.ie.  

Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

Accommodation

Accommodation for 5 nights in the Burren Atlantic Hotel & Holiday Villlage is included in the registration fee. 
You will be housed in 4* self-catering houses which consist of three double and one twin bedroom (each participant will have their own bedroom but bathroom will be shared).

Terms and Conditions
Registration Cancellation: Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing or by email to Abbey Conference & Events at the address below. The final date for cancellation with a refund (minus a 10% handling fee) is July 6th 2018. Substitution can be made at the discretion of the Conference Committee. Accommodation Cancellation: Payment and cancellations have to be made one month in advance. Cancellation: Payment and cancellation requests have to be made two months in advance.
